Running demands a lot of your body. Our Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are soft tissue experts who help you meet those demands.

Our RMTs go beyond simple relaxation (though we’re here for that, too!). Using a blend of deep tissue work, myofascial release, and joint mobilization, we work directly on the tissues that power your stride. By addressing the impact of repetitive movement and high-intensity activity, we help you restore function, manage fatigue, and stay resilient.

    We work closely with you to find your specific "sweet spot" for pressure. We know that one person’s "too much" is another person’s "too little," and we communicate constantly to ensure the treatment is effective.

    Our RMTs go beyond traditional massage. Many of our therapists are skilled in Medical Acupuncture and Dry Needling, allowing us to target stubborn tissue and reset the nervous system more effectively.

We focus heavily on hands-on therapy and myofascial techniques. During every session, your RMT will:
