Dr. Brianna-Grace Dowdall, ND is a licensed, board-certified naturopathic doctor and member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She is also a professional member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). Dr. Brianna-Grace has been a runner since she was a child. In high school, she competed at the provincial level and still holds records for the 400m. Over the last decade, she has transitioned to distance running and has raced up to the marathon distance. She is motivated by her love of running, being in nature and the desire for continuous improvement through training and racing.

She is excited to be working with runners of all levels and the community of St. Clair West at The Runner’s Academy to help you perform your best, aide in optimal recovery, decrease inflammation, reduce the effects of stress from running on your body and dive deep into finding the root cause of all of your health complaints.
