The Bum Run is an annual 5 Kilometre walk/run event to raise awareness of colorectal cancer. This year the event is taking place on Sunday, April 29th. It is a highly visible event, starting at Queen’s Park Circle and proceeding along College Street, Spadina Avenue, Bloor Street and Bay Street. There is also a separate 1km Little Bums Race for children under 12 years of age. For more race information, click here.
The Runner’s Academy team will be onsite during the event to provide pre and post-race soft tissue treatments for all runners. Plus, we’re always happy to answer any questions you have related to everything running! Be sure to stop by our tent to say hi!
