Join Janie as she guides you through 60mins of focused postural exercises proven to improve functional joint mechanics, increase blood flow and reduce back pain.

Meet the instructor: Janie Sheppard
Janie is a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Janie graduated from The University of Western Ontario and has over 10 years of experience working with a wide variety of clients in the Health and Fitness industry.
Janie’s passion for helping others has led her to co-founding The Runner’s Academy where she excels at guiding client’s through specific rehabilitation, strength and performance programs.
Janie’s desire to continuously educate herself and her clients has driven her to incorporate Pre and Post-Natal Fitness programming for women who like to stay active and especially for those who plan to return to post-partum running!
With an exceptional eye for movement patterns, a strong background in Developmental Neuromuscular training and Core Re-training; Janie aims high to help you move well and build strength.
