A recovery class designed specifically for runners!
Join us for a 55min class to restore, recover and ready your body to continue running! Proper recovery is integral to improving performance and reducing injury risk. This class is designed to help you unwind your body and mind from stress of daily life and training!
For this class, participants are required to have a ball (tennis, lacrosse or rubber ball), as well as a stretching rope or yoga strap (a long belt or skipping rope works as well).
This class will help runners:
Maintain and improve myofascial tissue health
Develop self treatment practices
Improve active and passive mobility
Bring awareness to points of tension or imbalance
Ready the body for your week ahead
