- 10 Week Program for Beginner Runners
- 60-75min sessions which include a variety of topics:

- Strength training
- Proper technique
- Mobility & stretching

- Nutrition for Runners
- Personalized plans & support
Meet at The Runner’s Academy. The running portion of this program will take place in the surrounding neighbourhoods with our instructor.
Mondays & Wednesdays at 7:00PM
*Note NO CLASS on MON OCT 12th (Thanksgiving).
