We are excited to get you started (or re-started) on your journey towards running a 5km race/run and learning how to run with proper technique. Our tried and tested Learn to Run program delivers advice, tips, training videos and a guided how-to on getting the most out of your running as you build towards running a 5km distance.
Participants should be comfortable with walking consistently for 60mins and be ideally starting the program injury free.
You will receive weekly:
1) Three walk/run workouts for the week (x 7 weeks)
2) Weekly Focused Video topics ranging from Run technique to Strength workouts
3) Access to a Private Facebook group for support along the way
4) Guided training advice for proper warm-ups, recovery/cool downs, and other advice for injury avoidance

Team Unbreakable – Physical Health for Mental Health for youth is an amazing program that hosts two annual race every year to raise money for their in-school programs for students. Due to the current covid-19 scenario, they are hosting their June 21st race virtually this year!
