She will also explore blood work results in detail so you can work towards optimizing your health overall, especially with the extra demands running puts on our bodies. Feel free to bring any recent blood work you have had for her to review with you at the end of the session.
Dr. Liz Mingay has been practicing as a Naturopathic Doctor for 5 years with a strong focus on athlete health optimization, stress management, nutrition and women’s health.
