Head of Strength and Conditioning
Jordan is a Registered Kinesiologist who holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics honours degree from the University of Windsor. He is currently continuing his education at The Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto and is now in his 4th and final year.
Jordan was an OFSAA champion in the 2000 meter steeplechase which led him to spend two years as a scholarship athlete at The University of Montana competing at the NCAA Division I level where he was captain of the cross country team before transferring to the University of Windsor to complete his degree and compete for the Lancers. Jordan is now focused on both coaching and competing in the longer distances from 5k to ultra-marathons.
As a Kinesiologist, Jordan combines movement and osteopathic manual therapy techniques to assess and treat the body as a whole. Jordan’s approach to treatment includes a detailed assessment to find the root cause of dysfunction and prescribe specific exercises to restore movement potential.
Jordan uses his broad range of knowledge in strength training, biomechanics, and rehabilitation to address all facets of training to get you back running stronger, faster and healthier.
