This 10 week program offers a twice a week group instruction and run IN PERSON at our Toronto location on St. Clair Ave West. Each week our instructor will introduce you to a new topic including: Proper Warm-Up, Run Technique, Strength Training, Mobility and Stretching, More Run Technique!, Nutrition, Motivation, and More Run Technique!
This program is suitable for beginner runners and will start with a walk/run combo.
You will also receive email support the whole way through, including weekly homework, as well as a Target Virtual 5km run at the end in support of Mental Health for Youth by Team Unbreakable. This target Virtual 5km in NOT included in the price of your 10 week program and is taking place on Saturday Nov. 28th 2020.

When: Starts Monday Sept 14th 2020 (Ends Wednesday Nov. 18th 2020) NO CLASS ON MONDAY OCTOBER 12th 2020.
What: Mondays and Wednesdays @ 7pm (for 60-75mins)
