Virtual Learn To Run Program


This 7 week program offers weekly instruction for your running journey.  This includes: Weekly emails sent on Sunday mornings, 3 Run workouts per week, short programs to follow for strength and mobility workouts, lots of information about Run Technique, optional 20mins Zoom meeting with your instructor, and access to private Facebook group with more resources and friendly tips.  Each week you will be introduced to a new topic including: Proper Warm-Up, Run Technique, Strength Training, Mobility and Stretching, More Run Technique!, Nutrition, Motivation, and More Run Technique!

This program is suitable for beginner runners and will start with a walk/run combo.

You will also receive email support the whole way through, including weekly homework, as well as a Target Virtual 5km run at the end in support of Mental Health for Youth by Team Unbreakable.  This target Virtual 5km in NOT included in the price of your 7 week program and is taking place on Saturday Nov. 28th 2020.
