Thomas Murphy is a registered massage therapist and chiropractor-in-training with a passion for human biomechanics, performance and health optimization. With an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, Thomas has developed a unique, analytical and evidence-based treatment approach to help his patients achieve their personal health goals.
With a keen interest in research, Thomas has been involved in the Human Performance Lab at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and is a published author on the topic of forces in thoracic spinal manipulation.
Thomas has experience treating athletes, seniors, hospital patients, and individuals with neurological conditions. As an avid runner, rock-climber and outdoor enthusiast, he is a strong advocate of getting physically active, and understands well the strain the body takes on in the midst of a busy life. As a practitioner, Thomas works with patients to manage injury, stress, and pain, and provides the education and motivation to live life to the fullest.
