Start strong with expert coaching and a supportive community.

We’re here to help make your journey as a new runner (or returning runner!) a success! That means guidance from our supportive, knowledgable coaches on topics like warming up and cooling down, strength training, run technique, mobility and how to progress your runs. It also means a community of like-minded folks all in on celebrating one another as we each progress at a pace that feels right for us.

Our six week Learn to Run program has everything you need to kickstart your journey as a beginner runner.

Weekly emails, two in-person sessions each week, short programs to follow for strength and mobility, education on key topics to launch you towards your goals safely, successfully and with joy!

This program is suitable for beginner’s and for those looking to return to running after time off. It begins with a run/walk and builds towards an optional 5k event.
