We’re dedicated to providing a space for runners of all levels to unlock potential, build safely, and run with confidence and joy!

With experience working with thousands of runners of all ages, paces and places, we know that a progressive, fun and consistent approach to training is key to achieving big goals - however you may define that for yourself.

We recognize that there is no one-size-fits all approach to running. We’re here to work with you in designing a personalized plan that is packed with the guidance and tools you need to reach your goal, with plenty of room to communicate, refine and adjust as you go.

Included in each month of 1-on-1 run coaching:

1. An initial intake session so that we can get to know one another. We want to understand your experiences, goals, hurdles, and how running fits into your life. The more we understand your “why”, the more effectively we can support you, both physically and mentally.

2. A training plan designed just for you. Our coaches combine their knowledge of training principles with your goals to design a program that will meet you where you’re at in both running and the rest of life.

3. Consistent communication, support and guidance from your coach via weekly emails and monthly calls. We're pretty relentless in our drive to support you as best we can. If you've got questions, feedback or a need for a pep talk, we're on it!

4. Feedback, analysis and updates to the training plan on a regular basis. Because the daily dance of life vs the plan is real and there's no "perfect" way to approach any of this. We'll use the data and your feedback to tweak things as needed.

5. Access to run focused strength, mobility and recovery plans. And of course, some guidance on how to implement them. We promise, it doesn't have to be fancy to be effective.

6. A fun, knowledgable, experienced coach rooting for you every step of the way. We're here not just to make sure that you have a program tailored to your goals and needs, but to ensure that you enjoy the process and feel supported throughout.

Coaching Packages

3 months:  Get me to the Start Line

If you’re looking for support to get you to a specific race goal, this is for you. A 3 month commitment is the perfect amount of time to get some great tips and workouts in order to feel strong, confident and ready to tackle your running goals!

Price: $510 + HST ($170/month) + initial $100 start up fee*

6 months:  Run me into Fitness

This package offers a great commitment to up your game and move into the next fitness level with your running.

This is a great choice for runners tackling a distance for the first time, needing to build a base or dreaming of an "A" race goal that is roughly 6 months away!

Price: $990 + HST ($165/month) + initial $100 start up fee*

12 months:  The year of the Runner

This package is for those serious runners looking to make big breakthroughs and chasing big goals!

Price:  $1860 + HST ($155/month) + initial $100 start up fee*

What’s included in the Initial Start Up Fee?

  • Access to your own Final Surge account.

  • Kick off meeting with your Coach (in-person or virtual, depending on location) for:

    • In-depth review of your athlete intake questionnaire.

    • Detailed discussion around goal setting, lifestyle, racing schedule and more to provide the best possible personalized training program.

  • Team resources on fuelling, goal setting and strength training.

What’s Final Surge?

Final Surge is the online coaching platform that we use to facilitate communication amongst Coach and Athlete, as well as plan, track and analyze your training. It’s like a training log that both you and your Coach will access.

Your Coach will plan your overall schedule and the details of each run on the platform. Details will automatically upload to your watch so that you just have to show up and get it done.

Upon completion, details of your run will automatically be uploaded and you’ll have the chance to leave any comments or feedback.

This allows your Coach to follow along, analyze and adjust the plan as you go! It’s also a powerful tool for you to be able to track your progress and see where your training takes you!
