A small group strength class designed to help you build run focused strength into your training and move better.
These 60-minute classes are led by or team of run specialists and strength coaches with expertise in managing running injuries and performance. They’re tailored to the unique demands of running and offer plenty of opportunity to progress gradually towards your bigger running goals.
You’ll learn a lot, grow a lot and be part of a community of like-minded runners all in on rooting for one another every step of the way.

Each multi-week session is designed to be progressive as we build on skills. We also get that life happens and sometimes a drop in is your best bet. If space is available, you’re always welcome.
